[CSR ACTIVITY] – PT HINO FINANCE INDONESIA SUPPORTS DEVELOPING QUALITY HUMAN RESOURCES THROUGH SCHOLARSHIP AND FINANCIAL LITERACY PROGRAMS

Jakarta, 22 April 2024 – As part of the Company's commitment to one of the Sustainable Development Goals, Quality Education, PT Hino Finance Indonesia (the Company) provides a Scholarship Programme to excellent students and Financial Literacy activities to students at SMAN 115 in Jakarta.

The Company collaborated with Yayasan Kesejahteraan Anak Indonesia (YKAI) to provide education scholarships to 72 excellent students from SMAN 115 - Jakarta amounting Rp165,500,000 (one hundred sixty-five million five hundred thousand rupiah).

The scholarship was symbolically handed over by Ms. Erika Wijaya as Head of Corporate Planning Department and Ms. Wikan Mardi Astuti as Head of YKAI Secretariat, which was received by Ms. Heriyanti as the Principal and student representatives of SMAN 115 - Jakarta.

In her remarks, Mrs Heriyanti said, "The scholarship that has been given by the company is a trust that must be maintained. So the children who receive this scholarship are expected to study diligently to get maximum results."

The event then continued with Financial Literacy presented by Ms. Anastasia Saraswati, as Head of Operation Legal & Corporate Secretary of the Company.

Financial Literacy activities are part of the Company's support for the Financial Services Authority's programme to improve financial education to the public.
