Things you should pay attention to when submitting an insurance claim:
If the loss/damage occurs during the working day: Monday to Friday, 09.00-17.00 WIB, immediately report it to our Customer Service at the Branch Office/POS or Account Officer representative that serves you.
If the loss/damage occurs outside of our working days and hours, please contact the insurance company's claim section.
The deadline for reporting claims is a maximum of 3x24 hours from the date of the incident. Reports can be submitted by telephone, fax or mail.
